In the event you receive your order and would like to return your item/s, Zella the Label will offer a credit note if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged and all original swing tags and garment care tags are intact within 14 days of receiving your order.
Kindly follow our returns process below and allow 3 business days for approval. Your item/s must then be returned within 3 business days from approval date.

Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. We recommend holding onto your tracking details to track and trace your returned items.
Orders cannot be returned in person at our dispatch warehouse and will be denied if attempted.
All sale and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned for an exchange or credit note so please choose carefully. If you would like help with a style or size prior to ordering please contact our team contact@zellathelabel.com.au
Before we dispatch your order we will personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our team immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order via email contact@zellathelabel.com.au
You can apply for a credit note by filling out the Returns Form. Once we inspect and approve your returned item/s, you will be emailed a store credit code within 3 business days of us receiving your returned parcel.
- Credit Notes are strictly valid for 3 years from issue date.
- Credit Note codes are best used in full in the one transaction as it is a once-off code. If you do not redeem your full Credit Note value, please email our team after making your purchase, so we can issue you with a new Credit Note with the remaining balance.
- Credit Notes are not valid on storewide sales or special promotions, however can be redeemed on specific discounted items in our sale section of our website.
- Credit Notes are not valid to redeem on shipping charges and are only issued for physical products and therefore only redeemable on physical products. Shipping charges are charged separately when redeeming store credit as they are a service.
We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the Fair Trade Practices Act. The item must be returned to us then assessed by the brands manufacturing team to confirm any damage to the item is a manufacturing fault. If the item is then recognised as fault it will incur a full refund, otherwise a store credit will be issued.
